AIM HEALTH AND WELLNESS POLICY
General Terms:
Aim Health and Wellness reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on aimhealthandwelness.com. If you refuse to accept the policy, you are deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by Aim Health and Wellness immediately. All buyers are deemed to accept the rules if they are using the services provided by Aim Health and Wellness.
Buyers should file a return & refund request within 7 days of the delivery date. The item should be in the original condition including all contents. The buyer can request a return through an email at aimhealthandwellnessco@gmail.com.
Aim Health and Wellness reserves the right to accept or reject refund request at its sole discretion..
If Aim Health and Wellness cannot fulfill the buyer's order within a reasonable processing time under certain situations, but not limited to no stock or other conditions, Aim Health and Wellness has the right to cancel and refund the order.
If the buyer receives goods damaged or broken and applies for a refund, Aim Health and Wellness will send the buyer a prepaid return label in order to return damaged/broken goods. Aim Health and Wellness will initiate a refund process to the buyer when the return shows as shipping in transit on the logistic website with the Aim Health and Wellness provided prepaid return label.
Certain items will incur the "restocking & repacking fee" which shall not exceed 35% of total order price.
1. Refund Request Timing
The buyer has the right to apply for a full refund for the order that was not shipped out.
2. Goods Returned in Transit
If the package is sent back to Aim Health and Wellness (supplier) during transit for any reason, and the buyer applies for a refund, the supplier will initiate a refund within 7 business days of the refund request. Under the same cases, if the buyer requests redelivery, the supplier should begin redelivery within 5 business days of the request date.
3. Goods Destroyed in Transit
If the package/goods are destroyed in transit, and buyer has proof from the logistics website such as but not limited to a screenshot from the logistics website that the order was destroyed, the supplier will refund the order within 7 business days of buyer's refund request, or redelivery within 5 business days of the request.
4. Defective Products (package breakage/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods/quality problems)
If the buyer detects any problem upon receipt (damaged package/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods or other quality problems), buyer should provide a refund or redelivery request with valid proof (photos/videos of goods received that shows the problem clearly). After the buyer files a request, the supplier will check the proof and give a response within 7 business days.
If the proof checked by Aim Health and Wellness (supplier) is not showing the problem clearly, the proof is invalid, and the supplier has the right to reject the buyer's refund request.
If the buyer's proof shows a problem clearly after being checked by the Aim Health and Wellness (supplier), the supplier will provide the buyer with a prepaid return label within 3 business days of proof approval, and initiate the refund process within 7 business days after the return shows in transit on the logistics website searched by tracking number which the buyer uploaded. If the goods needn't be returned, the supplier will start the refund process within 7 business days of the refund request.
If proof is valid, and buyer requests redelivery, the supplier will start redelivery process within 5 business days of proof approval. Please note suppliers have the right to refund order if the redelivery products have become out of stock.
5. Logistics Issues
5.1 Untimely Tracking Info Updates
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 7 business days after the shipping label is created showing on logistic website, and the buyer applies for a refund, Aim Health and Wellness will start refund process within 7 business days after the buyer's request.
Note: this clause is not applicable to certain situations such as holidays, disease out break, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
5.2 Shipping Time
If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and the Aim Health and Wellness (supplier) fails to provide any valid tracking updated info, the buyer may apply for a refund. Aim Health and Wellness will start refund process within 7 business days after the buyer's request.
Note: this clause is not applicable to certain situations such as holidays, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
6. Other
Aim Health and Wellness will try its best to assist buyers in special circumstances in a timely manner. After notifying Aim Health and Wellness, Buyers should expect a decision from Aim Health and Wellness on these types of issues within two to three weeks.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
